All about the WMF 1300 S – 120 cups a day, choice of milk

The 1300 S comes in three milk versions on the same body: no milk system for black coffee, Basic Milk for hot milk and foam, or Smart Milk, which adds cold milk. WMF rates it for up to 120 cups a day, from a 4-liter tank or an optional fixed water connection. Hotels, restaurants and offices that serve more than a small team but have 32.5 cm of counter to spare are its home ground.

Hoppers and grinder
Up to three hoppers: center bean hopper about 550 g, side bean hopper about 650 g, topping hopper about 1200 g. One grinder as standard, a second as an option. Removable 15 g brewer.

Cleaning per version
Basic Clean without milk system; Plug+Clean with Basic Milk, which brings manual milk foamer cleaning back to once a week; Smart Clean with Smart Milk, where Clean in Place is needed after 250 drinks or at the latest after 7 days.

7-inch touch display
For staff and for self-service. Central hot water outlet; a decentral outlet with Basic Steam is an option.

WMF recommends up to 120 cups a day. At about 3.3 cups per person per working day, that is around 36 people. For a breakfast rush, size on your busiest hour: 110 cappuccinos per hour, or 160 when made two at a time.

Basic Milk or Smart Milk?
Basic Milk makes hot milk and hot milk foam, enough for cappuccino and latte. Smart Milk adds cold milk and comes with Smart Clean, so the full Clean in Place is needed only after 250 drinks or 7 days.

What do we need on site?
A 230 V socket and 32.5 cm of counter. With the tank nothing else; with the fixed water connection set, a water tap nearby. Tell us what is there when you ask for a quote, so we can check the setup with you.
