Did you buy something from us online as a consumer? You may withdraw from that purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason (article B.2 of our general terms and conditions). Fill in this form and we will confirm receipt by e-mail.

How returns and refunds work is explained in our shipping and return policy. You can also send your withdrawal by e-mail to webshop@orcoffee.be.

Opened bags of coffee or tea, coffee ground to order, personalised products and trainings on a fixed date cannot be withdrawn.
