Katrien Pauwels and Tom Janssen founded OR Coffee Roasters in 2001, starting with a small coffee and tea shop in Aalst. Over the years, OR Coffee Roasters grew into a specialty coffee roastery with four successful coffee bars and the OR School, where we train baristas.
Although we have since passed the bars to new owners, we’ve gained invaluable experience in launching and running coffee businesses. If you’re planning to start your own coffee bar, we’d love to share our knowledge with you.
