All about the Mazzer Super Jolly G – 64 mm, grind by weight
The Super Jolly G puts grind by weight on Mazzer’s Super Jolly: a built-in scale with 0.01 g precision weighs while the 64 mm flat burrs grind, and the grinder stops at the target weight. Mazzer built it on the Super Jolly V Pro and says it grinds about twice as fast, 4.0 to 5.2 g per second, with a new high-torque asynchronous motor.

Key features
Grind by weight
The built-in scale weighs to 0.01 g and stops at the target weight. The firmware learns from previous doses to dose more precisely, and a supplied precision weight makes calibration repeatable.
64 mm flat burrs
Flat burrs in bearing steel, Mazzer reference 205D, at 1,400 rpm (50 Hz). ZZ k206P burrs are available as an upgrade.
Vibration filtering
Mazzer’s algorithm keeps the dose accurate when the counter vibrates or the portafilter is tapped.
Grind Flow Control
The GFC hybrid damper reduces static and clumping; an antidust damper is supplied as well.
Cool under load
A double fan system protects the beans from heat, so the grind stays consistent as volume changes.
Practical details
Three recordable time settings, Place-and-Grind with the portafilter or the optional magnetic dosing cup (ø58 mm, 30 g), a Memory Track calibration ring and a grinding chamber you open without losing the setting.
