La Marzocco Jay
The Jay grinds a typical 18 g espresso dose in just under five seconds on 68 mm flat burrs that La Marzocco designed itself, and keeps less than 2 grams of coffee in the grinding chamber. The burr holder is held by magnets: lift it out and the chamber is open for cleaning. La Marzocco builds the Jay for café bars; at home it suits the barista who grinds several espressos a day and has the counter height for it.
