Fiorenzato F64 EVO PRO SENSE

The F64 EVO PRO SENSE is Fiorenzato's 64 mm espresso grinder that doses by weight: a scale built into the portafilter fork weighs the coffee as it is ground, to 0.1 g, until the dose you set in grams is reached. It grinds with Dark-T® coated flat burrs, you program it on a touch screen, and on this PRO version the grinding chamber comes off for cleaning.

Doses set in grams
Single and double doses, plus an optional triple dose, each set in grams on the touch screen. In Master mode, placing the portafilter on the fork starts the dose.

64 mm Dark-T® flat burrs
Flat burrs of 64 mm in M340 steel with a Dark-T® coating, at 1350 rpm (50 Hz). Fiorenzato rates them for about 3000 kg of coffee.

Removable grinding chamber
On the PRO version the grinding chamber is released with two quick-release levers for cleaning; the motor will not start until the levers are closed.

Motor, hopper and size
A 450 W motor with an electronically switched cooling fan, a 1.5 kg bean hopper, 13 kg net and 230 × 620 × 274 mm.

Fiorenzato recommends it for up to 3 kg of coffee a day. The scale checks every dose, so a grind change or a new bag no longer shifts the weight in the basket.
