The Baratza Forté BG (Brew Grinder) is the Forté with 54 mm flat steel burrs, set up for filter: pour-over, batch brew and French press, with a grind range of 230 to 1150 microns. It doses by weight or by time from a touchscreen with three presets, and its high-torque motor is built for daily use in a coffee bar as well as at home.
